• Email address — when you request your Foundation Plan or the free guide.
• Quiz responses — the goal/preference answers you select, used to tailor the content we send you. We do not ask for, and do not want, medical or health-condition information.
• Standard usage data — via cookies and advertising pixels (including Meta), to measure and improve our ads and site. We do not send your quiz answers or any sensitive data through advertising pixels.

How we use it

• To send you the free guide and a tailored email series.
• To measure and improve our advertising and content.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. To request access to or deletion of your data, email performance@brookhavenfarms.net.
